“ANNIE JR” RESERVATIONS Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre will present “Annie Jr” next weekend.  I have a limited number of reservations for the Friday, October 4th school show at 12:00 noon.  Seats are $2.50 each.  Everyone needs a seat except an infant or young toddler who will sit in someone’s lap.  If you want to go reply to this email with name, number of seats, and your cell number. I have already paid for the seats so you will need to pay me on the day of the show. If you’ve not seen a TCT show then this is a good way to be introduced to their work. There are usually homeschooled children in the cast. Julie LADY WARRIORS SOFTBALL 2020 If your daughter is interested in playing fast pitch for the Lady Warriors,  mark your calendar for Saturday, October 5!  The parent/player meeting will begin at 10 a.m.  Evaluations will immediately follow.  All potential team members, former and new, are required to participate in evaluations.   An alternate parent/player meeting and evaluation will be held on October 12 at 10 a.m.  Please email Toby Lancaster at thewarriorsoftball@gmail.com if you and your daughter are interested and please note which date you plan to attend. These are the remaining home dates and times: Friday, Sept. 27 vs. East Central  starting at 5:00 Tuesday, Oct. 1 vs. Evangel  starting at 5:30 Tuesday, Oct. 8 vs. Brooklane starting at 5:00 Thursday, Oct. 10 vs. North River Christian Academy starting at 4:30  (at their gym at the school on McFarland Blvd.) All games will be in the gym at Taylorville Baptist Church except the last one with NRCA.  Come out and support your team as they finish the season strong!!! NEW THE WEBSITE Tuscaloosa Home Educators will launch a new website in early October. We’re excited!  With this website there will be content that can only be accessed by members.  Details of how that will happen will be emailed to all once the site is up and going.  Before that happens we will update our email list with renewals and new memberships.  So if you haven’t already, renew your membership soon!!
